Craftin Desert Divas Summer Linky Party

Hello everyone it’s me Jessica M. and I have a summer project instead of a card today.I was happy when I saw that this was one of the themes because I love summer it’s my favorite season and I wish it was like that all year round.

What I have today is a fun project using the very cute Gotta Wear Shades stamp set the new Tag Essentials Dies the Sunkissed Doodlebug paper pad, Sunny Day and Pretty In Pink sequins and some paper straws.

I had some generic paper straws but you can use any straws to make these and I started by picking out the pattern paper that I wanted and I liked this one because it was just full of summer images. I die cut 5 of the smaller tag die and then out of yellow cardstock I cut out 5 from the rectangle die. I picked out all the sentiments that I thought would fit into the space and stamp them with pink ink. Took a hole punch and punched out hole towards the top and the bottom of the tag. Took all of the dies cuts with the sentiments and added sequins to sparkle them up. Adhered them to the tags and took straw and stuck the straws through the holes and there you have the cutest summer time straws good for pool parties or even summer themed parties.
